Open Gym -2024

This class is open to anyone from 4-16 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult watching at all times. The class is an hour long of open gym fun, there is no structure except a 5 minute warm up and then a 5 minute cool down at the end of the session. The gym will be completely open so that gymansts can explore the gym in their own way, please do not move any big equipment, please ask a coach for help if you need bigger equipment or help. Please can you ensure you follow our British Gymnastics Guidance on the following:

Jewellery must not be worn, hair must be tied up, no hoodies, no denim, no skirts or dresses, no socks or tights, no zips, no belts, no buckles, no food or drink inside the gym please and thank you.
