BACK SOMERSAULT WORKSHOP -2024

This 1 hour back somersault workshop is open to all children members or non members aged 4-16 years old who are trying to get the gymnastic skill back somersault. Please ensure your gymnast can do the following prerequisites before bookings this class; high straight jump, backward roll. Gymnasts will have a 15 minute warm up consisting of a pulse raiser and stretch followed by a circuit set up around floor, trampolines and tracks. They will be required to go into the foam pit. All classes are to be booked in advance and parents/guardians can either stay to watch at the side or drop off and pick up. Please can you ensure you follow our British Gymnastics Guidance on the following:

Jewellery must not be worn, hair must be tied up, no hoodies, no denim, no skirts or dresses, no socks or tights, no zips, no belts, no buckles, no food or drink inside the gym please and thank you.
