Beginner Recreational Gymnastics -2024 – SOLD OUT

This 1 hour beginner recreational gymnastics class is open to all children members or non members aged 4-16 years old. Gymnasts will have a 15 minute warm up consisting of a pulse raiser and stretch followed by two different apparatus in our gym. All classes are to be booked in advance and parents/guardians can either stay to watch at the side or drop off and pick up. Please can you ensure you follow our British Gymnastics Guidance on the following:

Jewellery must not be worn, hair must be tied up, no hoodies, no denim, no skirts or dresses, no socks or tights, no zips, no belts, no buckles, no food or drink inside the gym please and thank you.
