Pre School Classes: Happy Hopper's Introduces extremely important basic body positions such as tuck, star, dish & arch. Props such as balls, hoops, beanbags & ropes are utilized, this class also incorporates jumping, skipping, running & basic apparatus.

Recreational Beginner Sessions:
These sessions go over the basics of the sport , you must first join recreational sessions before any evaluation can be made to move you forward, the following apparatus will now be introduced: Vault, Bars, Parallel Bars, Beam, Rings and Pommel.

Recreational Intermediate Sessions:
These sessions focus on controlling and building on basic gymnastic skills but will now introduce recreational and interclub competitions into the program.

Advance Competition Sessions: (Squad Training)
If you dream of making the gymnastics squad program, then you will need to devote more time to the sport and master the basics. The Falcon advanced gymnast will need to understand that six or more hours per week will be required to maintain and attain improvement in skill, strength, flexibility and positive mental attitude.

Adult Sessions:
Whether you are an experienced gymnast or you are interested in learning gymnastics from the very basics, the adult sessions provide you with a fantastic way to help you keep in shape. You are able to learn all disciplines our younger gymnasts train in or you can brush up on the skills you learnt when you younger.
